SHIPPING POLICY

At Safira Stitches, we do our best to ensure your needlepoint canvas and accessories arrive securely and timely. Please email support@safirastitches regarding shipping or order questions - we’re happy to help you stitch things back together!

Shipping Carriers and Rates

Shipping is facilitated through USPS with select options available during checkout. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on USPS rates.

Processing Times

Most orders will be processed within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped including your tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for your tracking information to update.

Delivery Times

Depending on the USPS shipping option selected during checkout, orders may take up to 5 business days after processing to arrive.

Shipping Locations

Safira Stitches ships exclusively in the U.S. We currently do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Address

Orders are shipped to the address entered at checkout. Please ensure shipping addresses are correct during checkout. Unfortunately we are unable to issue refunds for incorrect shipping addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Safira Stitches is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once your package is scanned by USPS, it is under their care and responsibility. We recommend filing a claim with USPS for assistance.

If your order has not arrived one week after you've received a shipping confirmation email or if you have any questions regarding your order, please email support@safirastitches.com. We will do our best to find a resolution and have you stitching ASAP!

RETURN POLICY

Due to the handcrafted nature of our needlepoint canvases and accessories, Safira Stitches does not accept returns or exchanges. 

We want to ensure you love your Safira Stitches purchase and are very thankful for your support in our small business! If you have any order issues or are considering filing a chargeback or dispute, please contact us first at support@safirastitches.com. We're here to help find a resolution so that you don't miss a stitch!

SALES TAX

Safira Stitches currently charge sales tax on orders that are shipping to Illinois. Tax collection and states listed are subject to change per requirements updates.
